WHY HIRE AN EVENT PLANNER?

Statistics show that the average wedding takes approximately 250 hours to plan which is equivalent to over six full work weeks! An event planner’s primary goal and responsibility is to help you stay focused and organized. We’re here to help you stay on track, refer to you reputable vendors, supply a wealth of resources, and negotiate on your behalf and carry out your vision.  In addition to planning your event, if you engage us for services, we will immediately react to any possible wrinkle that may occur. And that final month prior to your wedding, a Day of Coordinator will confirm your vendors, make a timeline, run your rehearsal, and be there to make sure that you, your family, and friends enjoy a totally stress-free day!

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT FROM OTHER EVENT PLANNERS?

It boils down to the fact that we will treat your event as if it is our own. We will be there to make your dreams a reality and help you figure out what your options are. Unlike other larger planning services, we will give you one on one service and will be there to ensure a successful event. As international events and wedding professionals, we have a commitment to being: educated, aware of current trends, precise, timely, organized, creative, quick problem solvers, and Super Fun! We are unique because we are diverse in life experiences, ages and culture. 

Finally, to ensure a quality of service and proper supervision, we personally limit ourselves to 10 full-service weddings per planner/year. This ensures that we are able to properly follow-up with all clients to ensure their planning process is perfect.

I AM ALREADY WORKING WITH A CATERING MANAGER OR VENUE COORDINATOR & (S)HE IS VERY HELPFUL. WHY DO I NEED YOUR HELP?

Although it is great to have an on-site coordinator for the day of your event, we will help guide you from your planning beginnings to the day of your event. Catering Managers & Venue Managers at hotels or venues typically have the job of overseeing the wedding details that are directly related to the venue (and sometimes the food and beverage as well). It is not in their job description to confirm or oversee the vendors, run your rehearsal, cue you down the aisle at your ceremony, and make sure all of the day’s events are running according to schedule. As Professional Wedding Planners, our services supplement the services offered by your Catering Manager, Banquet Manager & Staff, Venue Coordinator and other vendors. 

HOW MUCH CONTROL WILL I HAVE OVER MY EVENT IF YOU ARE PLANNING IT FOR ME?

We are simply an extension of your wishes and expectations for your event. You will be granted access to a web-based collaboration and communication tool so we can all stay on the same page and allow you to maintain control of your event. This is also about trust. Trust that we have taken the utmost care to ensure that you get not only what you deserve, but also what you paid for.

 DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH YOUR VENDORS IF I HIRE YOU AS MY EVENT PLANNER?

Absolutely not! However, we have worked hard at developing these relationships and we can guarantee the quality of the service of vendors we suggest. In any case, we are happy to collaborate with your wedding and event professionals to make sure your wishes are taken into consideration with every detail.

HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST?

We create custom proposals to meet the needs of each client. Financial investments will be determined by the services you are interested in, level of involvement you would like from our team, as well as the size and complexity of your event. This will allow you to get just the services you need and stay within your budget. When we meet, we will determined the cost of the services you require. This way you can always be sure you know what you will be paying.

CAN I GET A CONSULTATION? WHAT DOES IT COST?

Of course! We’d never dream of trying to plan your event without making sure we know just want you’re looking for and how to proceed. Our consultations are complementary to all of our amazing customers!
